Ford Motor Company is the latest addition to the Box Tops for Education family, becoming the first automaker to partner with the cause-marketing program that has raised more than $400 million for K-8 U.S. schools since 1996.
The partnership links two companies with a long history of supporting education – Ford has donated more than $100 million to education over the past 15 years.
The 60-day pilot program has begun, and Ford estimates it will raise about $1 million for schools through the initiative. Consumers can earn Box Tops for their school in one of three ways:
- Watch a video on the Ford/Box Tops website and earn five Box Tops.
- Request a brochure from the Ford/Box Tops website and earn 10 Box Tops.
- Purchase any Ford vehicle between Oct. 1 and Dec. 1 and earn 250 Box Tops.
